Alexandra Espinoza is a theatre artist who aims to connect creative power to community voices. She has lived in Philadelphia since 2016 and has worked as an actor, playwright, dramaturg, and director with Orbiter 3, Inis Nua, Simpatico, and Azuka Theatres as well as at Villanova University, where she recently completed her MA in Theatre. Alexandra has lived and worked in Hong Kong, London, and several countries throughout Africa. Her community based theatre work has tackled issues such as migrant worker rights and post-conflict reconciliation and her productions have always included joyful dance breaks.
