Tim Eads has spent the last 10 months building his canvas bag and shirt line and laying the groundwork for the launch of his brand. This past year he took business classes at Entrepreneur Works, developed dozens of fabric patterns and iterative prototyping, and tested the production process. For the past six months, Tim has sold his products at craft fairs and shows and developed relationships with local and national stores to carry his products. Tim is working to develop a more artistic line of bags that would be the foundation of a designer line that he can take to market, improve product quality and provide better access to the hand-made movement in consumer goods. Tim will utilize SBMA funds to purchase additional fabric materials and pay for printer and sewing assistance.
